Theres something creepy and servile and principally un-American about the fact that their is a book sold at every Barnes & Nobles & Borders entitled, "50 ways you can help Obama". They also have a gizzalion Obama personality cult merchandice (the little blue book of "the Ones" masterful qoutes like: "There is no red state America or blue state America, there is only the United States of America!"). This is something you find in North Korea, little kids being tested on what they can do for the dear leader.

The Bastard Son

Do u feel that you've ever seen the real Barack Obama? I don't. He's very much like FDR in this way. He has 2 qualities found in many politicians: he's a bastard child and his political face is a mask. His feeling of being un-wanted seems to have engendered the classic personality of bastard sons: he's in politics cause he wants to be loved (bad reason) which means that he'll say watever it takes to get the most applause no matter how sappy and untrue the statement ("the Afgan, war is a war of nesscity" , "theres no blue state America and red state America"). He'll make policy on pure politics (ala Afganistan) He doesn't want you to know what he thinks and/or wants to do as much as he wants you to think he agrees with you.

However I don't believe Obama will change his major policies according to opinion polls. He will, as I say, temporize and "do what it takes". I along with David Frum find Obama's Afgan policy to be purely political to an extent I personally find sickening. I believe that if Obama where to go by his gut we would be out of Afganistan and Iraq very soon. Though then again i don't think Obama is nearly as intelligent as everyone asserts (though he defintely has a good post-babybommer sense of politics and political timing. I'm not sure he has the rigour of mind to see that it doesn't really matter if we leave tommorow or in two years. However it's really not a suprise that Obama has set a deadline (absurdly) for 18 months in Afganistan. Any President that adopts Iraq and Afganistan is not going to close them up done within his first year as President while he's doing healthcare, the economony, the stimulus, etc. He also seems to be willing to say nearly anything at times. The most appauling examples of Obama cynically lying is a two or three way tie. One egregious example is his first big war on the War in Afganistan where he deemed Afganistan, "a war of aboslute nesscity". He also said to the cadeats at the Anapolis that night that "I would never send you into harms way if I did not absolutely have to". Well that second statement is a lie and I would like to think that Obama woldn't have the ignorance to write either line that i quote above. Like so many Obama statements in his speeches, the assertions that get lauded and never challendged don't stand up upon inspection.

Have you noticed anything missing from the health care "debate"? Any words, in paticular the utter absensce of which has become rather striking by now?

Have you eyed or eared the following word lately: Europe? No? Well me neither which is only yet another inditment of the quality of the healthcare tug of war which is currently on hiatus while Obama tries to shepered the passing of a "Jobs Bill" they very sound of which makes me reach for my wallet and my revolver.

One would think, if rationality where the animating force of the health care scuffle, there would have been tremendous debate about whether European style socialist health care and the European welfare state was such a smahing success.

My intuitive media radar tells me that, amazingly, no one has yet to point out the Democrats are trying to drag a unwilling America onto a path that the more socialistic west Europeans democracies went down decades ago and yetto go by what can roughly be called the on going healthcare debate you would think that that the Democrats want to do something entirely orginal that has never been tried before by nation(s). It seems strangely that it's the Democrats who don't want to talk about Europe and how all the policy they yearn for worked out in the long run in the nations who adopted these basic policies long ago. Right now, figuring out whether the story of goverment run health care was a triumph or a tragedy (or a tragedy waiting to happen) is clearly the most important question to answer in the short term. But the other items on the Obama agenda after healthcare have also been in Europe sometimes not so long ago really at all. Take, Cap & Trade, one of the worst items on the Obama wishlist and a issue unlike obamacare is easy to understand and easy to predict in all the terrible economic effects Cap & Trade will have and all the "transformative" enviomental effects it won't have as a result of reducing carbon emissions a neglible amount easily nullfied by all the co2 the devloping world emits. The only thing that Cap and trade will be help to cut back on is jobs and business in America, the neglible amount of Co2 we cut back will have no effect on the climate. No one serious denies that Cap & Traade is bad for Americans economically. Combined with the increased burdens plcaed on buisness big and small the increased cost of doing business here created by Cap & Trade will send business and corporations moving out of the country for good and taking their jobs with them as well as rapidly bring about a massive wave of outsourcing of jobs to Asian economies whichhave become far more buusiness friendly than the United States. The Democrats don't realize that America has to actually compete in this world to keep and to imaintain and increase the appeal of the American economny. Businessmen, investors, and people in today realize or atleast think that the United States is about to move to the left, Obama may loose in 2012 but the feeling is that he will invetiably be able to put in place huge liberal structural changes that will have the goverment running American healthcare among other changes, following the European model that has proved sucidial if not simply diastrous for Europe economically as well as socially stymmying entrupernership, indpdence and indutrury on the oart of the indivual and mking citizens into the children of the stat and, meanwhile, as America appears adamant upon followiwng Europe's exact footsteps of decline, the Asiatic nations of India, China, Singapore and the like appear to have learned in a deep way all the lessons that America has forgotten for the moment, about limited goverment, taxes and beyond.
Americans seem to be blind to the fact that they can no longe exspect for business to turn the other check again and againand not move its jobs out of America if the Democrats levy the burdens of obamacare on business, then increase the cost of doing business in America even more (and raise energy prices) ship away even more jobs with Cap & Trade those sacrficies would allresult in the cutting back of a negligible, insignifgant amount of co2-as the most honest green people will admit like Ralph Nader. So Cap & Trdae will, in summary, ship away millions of jobs , dramaticly increase the cost of doing business in America,raising food and energy prices and imposing the largest ever tax aka transfer of wealth from the people to the Goverment in our history and all these sacrficies will be for what "pay off"? "Green jobs" won't make up dir anything like the huge amount of jobs lost to asia as a result o this. But won't we save the earth? No, because Cap & Trade will have no apparent climatological benefit s for the very reason that theactual cut backs in Co2 will be neglibible and completly nullfied, canceled out and over come by the amount of the Co2 China and/or India alone will increasingly emit. Once you make it clear that there is no climatelogical signifgance the hapless true believers of Cap & Trade tell you that its good for the economy to deveolp "green technologies" the fact is that no one wants to 3 times as much money for clean solar energy shen you can get clean nuclear energy without the higher prices with nuclear power plants which don't emit Co2. One lesson that should be taken from France is that if America got as much of its energy from nuclear as France did, we would be well below the traget emissions reductions and unlike with solar and wind energy it wouldn't exact a completly unviable economic cost. The fact is that"green" technologies aren't good enough yet and that if we were smart we would invest in further research that could create better green techbologies. In short, Obama's talk of "green jobs" as the new base of the glorious new American ecoconomy is something only Ralph Nader could come up with. But then again China and India are making it clear they won't sign on to any global govermental climate change agency or treaty unless they receive payments in the billions from America as Obama has just done for Africa giving them a 100 billion dollars we don't have for corrupt African regimes to "prepare forclimate change". Coopenheganshould have been the definitive turning point for americans who realized that the whole summit was basically a 3rd world scheme to force America to essentially create a binding international govermental body that will allow Africa and some other 3rd world nations to vote themselves 100 of billions of Americantax payer dollars without consolntanting the American people , without Americans having any kind of veto. Essentially, if America wants to try new, alternative sources of energy it should build its self more nuclear power plants and force the Nevaians not to reneg on there contract and allow Yukka Mountain to be used as a place to store nuclear waste. Getting more of our energy from nuclear power will unlike unvialable solar and wind energy won't double the amount of money Americans pay for energy. Since no one but a minature elite with money to waste will buy into hugely exspensive solar & wind energy if they free market is allowed to decide it would way Obama will be able to deliver even a small portion any of the 2 million green jobs (which Obama, in speeches and in TV ad's has poytrayed as the new base of the US economny itself over more billionr Only if the goverment tyranically forces Americans and American companies into buying overly exspensive "green" energy with crackpot schemes like Cap & Trade.
This generation of Americans hasexspects continued prosperity to continue automatic as the divine state of American economomc and more problematicly many Americans, again on the left,have trouble accepting truths that aren't what they'd like them to be. This is true of Global WArming, race, diversity, immigration, education, latinos, latino assmilation, patriotism and IQ. But at the moment the first a nd most important bubble belief to popped is the multi-faceted global warming myth(s) that include 1. Al Gore's "science" is shaky at best and is all best on computer projection modeling, much of the data has been shown to be manupilated and less credible than before thought Thomas Friedman doesn't know how hot it will be in 87 years and at what rate it will get hot 2.No one has shown for sure how much climate changecurrently is effected by man made activetly versus the natural climate cycle 3. CHina and India and Russia and much if not all of the devolpoing world is totally opposed to the global goverment treay/entity that would hava to be created in order to enforce a serious climate change treaty, even if China and India did join in and allow intrusive inspection and not enough co@, according to Al GOre 's sources, would be cut (let alone in time) to have any real effect. I'm Your Worst Nightmare

I realize that I am liberals worst nightmare, much more so than a Palin or Beck. Because to a liberal Sara Palin is just a confirmation of how right they are about everything, about how Republicans are all hicks and how anyone with brains is a Democrat, etc. However I am not a yokel or a Jesus-freak, I don't compare Obama to Hitler or call him a commie instead I make arguments so cogent they usually can't respond with anything but ad hominems. Palin makes it easy to disregard us, I don't.

Living In A Dream World

As I begin reading Mark Thiessen's great earth shakingly important book called "Courting Diaster" (which the MSM is ignoring because it makes Obama look terrible and Bush look alot better) I realize more and more that basically Obama might as well live a puffy cloud land where any cliche he and David Axelrod dream is obviously true. We elected a guy who writes speeches like a High School senior: put in what sounds good don't worry about whether its true or not.
For instance remember his big line at the 2004 that got the zombies clapping, "There is no conservative America or liberal America, there is only the United States of America"

Wow, what a rhetorical craftsmen. Genius! Except of all people liberals assembled at the 2004 DNC in Boston knew that their was a discrenible blue state America or red state America, a cultural and moral and patriotic divide, they pride themselves on not being like the racist yokels in the red state's who want to preserve culture (how reactionary!). If you got teary-eyed watching Obama's vaccous 2004 speech your not worth your salt anylatically in my book and are most probably a women.

Spending Freeze: Obama's Brillant Gambit

I hear that a bomb has been dropped on American politics. Obama has proposed a 3 year spending freeze. I knew this was coming a clever chess move from the Obama whitehouse after a spending spree. The brillance is

1. It helps re-boot Obama's fiscally responcible, moderate image that helped win him the 2008 election so crucially.

2. This is a great bull fighter move. The Obama White House holds out the red piece of cloth for the GOP bull or, better yet, elephant to go after oppose to Obama's political benefit. What better way to make the GOP spend its Scott Brown momentenum in the matter of a couples ending the GOP pendulum swing after they stupidly and akwardly oppose or are said to oppose Obama's spending freeze. You see the media can design the Republican opposition to every thing any way it wants. A Conservative take on Haiti? The collective liberal Obama footsoliders that produce and run the Mainstream Media all megaphone Pat Robertson's silly Haiti devil comment. And with everyother issue they will and have done the same, to differing degrees of success in defaming the Republicans. But what will the GOP responce be to a 3 year spending freeze? I think i should put the term "spending freeze" in quotes because I can't believe that its literally true:3 years no spend?! If it was true, it would be, a great move it would be so radical that it would as i show neutralize talk about the socialization of American healthcare and talk of the huge debt Obama greatly and recklessly enhansed, etc. I knew there would be some big gambit from the smart guys like Rahem Emanual sometime soon cause so much was mounting up against them.

3. Whats left after healthcare? I've been asking liberals this question for awhile. Why else be a liberal? Now that you've voted yourself free healthcare, what? fight for amnesty for 20 million illegal aliens? fight for more racial quotas? higher taxes? what? However now i think I should've been asking conservatives "after healthcare, what?". Because after healthcare issues like affirmtive action, amnesty, immigration policy, Obama's lack of nation intrest patriotism, and the like and the GOP's ability to seize these issues as it should but which the McCainites don't have the balls to do will make or break the GOP in 2012. The fact is that the average Republican is cowardly and middling and poltically correct in the extreme and won't talk about immigration, lowering it, amnesty, racial quotas, the Ricci case, and so fourth unless forced at gunpoint on the New York subway. And if asked to speak forcefully about the urgent need to secure our border, to abolish racial preferences and dispirate impact law, they will say to the mugger holding the gun to there head on the New York City,

Democrats propose 1.9 Billion $ increase in debt limit.

Which makes me think....didn't Barak Obama claim on ABC not long ago that what would cost the most money and increase the deficet the most drastically would be to NOT pass the hugely exspensive healthcare bills. I repeat he said it would be the fiscally responcible think to do, according to Obama, to pass a hugely exspensive healthcare bill when we are allready over 12 trillion dollars deep in debt. I wonder: would the Democrats need to attempt to increase the debt limit if we didn't pass the healthcare bill(s)? Don't think so.

Also, on the Obama lying front, didn't Obama claim on national television when speaking to the Senate and on numerous occasions that none of the health care bills would increase the deficit by "one red cent"? Well we can see that was a bunch of horse shit right now (as we could have known well before now of course).

By the way, if we had the same kind of skeptical advserarial media that existed towards Bush now in the Obama years (which we obviously don't) the media would be pointing out these things and bloggers wouldn't have to shout it from rooftops.

Endless Dualities

Ever since the Obama era began i've been seeing doubles. Here's what I mean.

FIRST DUALITY

1. How does Obama treat mass murderer, KSM, the mastermind of 9-11

Obama acting against all precedents decides that Khalid Sheik Muhhomad (aka KSM) has Constuinial right even though he is not a citizen of the United States, leaving the side that he is the murderer of 3,000+ people, as the mastermind, the (confessed) mastermind, of 9/11. KSM admitted to what we know he did and pleaded to be executed.......like 5 years ago! And now, Obama and Eric Holder have decided to bring KSM to New York City for a civil civilian trial! not a military court!
Obama, showing such regard for our deficit, is bringing KSM to New York knowing that security alone for the trial will cost the US tax payer 200 million dollars, plus other innumerable costs. This means that KSM will be given millionaire liberal treasonist lawyers likely from ACLU to defend him and the litigation of the trial will extend, many legal anyalsts guess, a minumum of six years. In that time, the nation will watch ACLU treastonist lawyers argue (with the aid of all the former ACLU & SPLC & CAIR lawyers within Obama's new Justice Department) that all the evidence and confessions against KSM that where (even possibly) extracted by methods of "toture" (aka making KSM listen to Van Halen all day) must wiped from the record and rendered nhill. So, chances are, a good or great deal of the CIA's evidence against KSM will be rendered void. Who knows but i can't believe KSM won't be given the death penality. The embarsment will be that it will take 6 or 7 years and that at the end it will have cost the American people hundreds of millions of dollars when we should have hung KSM long ago. Obama will also make America look like a joke to extremists who will watch as pony-tailed CAIR & ACLU lawyers (who will probably be jews to blind to see that there client, KSM, would stab them in the heart with a ball point pen if he could) argue for there man, KSM on TV for 6 years! 2. How does Obama treat a American army solidier in Iraq

A navy seal accused of punching a Iraqi terrorist will be put on trial in Iraq, in a secret military tribunal so that we won't know what punishment he gets. So KSM, a non-citizen and a mass murderer who admitted to mastermining 9-11 and says he wants to die, gets full civil rights enshrined for citizens, a 6 year trial with millionaire dollar NYC lawyers but a Navy Seal who is accused of punching a terrorist in Iraq, doesn't get a civilian trial but a secret miltary tribunal that was made for people like KSM to be sentenced in secret.

DUALITY 2

1. Major Nadal Hasan jumps on a table at Fort Hood shouts "Alakuabar!" some islamic jihadist phrase and procedds to unload bullets, killing 16 off duty soldiers. We fine out that in power points as a pschritist he wrote about his love of jihad. His co-workers had reported years before his attachment to jihadism. We find out that the islamic phrase on his business card translated as "Warrior of Jihad". We find his emails back and fourth planning with a radical terrorist Imam in Yemen who later turns out to have helped trained the Nigerian crotch bomber. (there's even more information too). And Barak Obama comes on TV after the Hasan shooting and assures the country that the Fort Hood shooting had nothing to with Islam. Defense Secertary, Robert Gates, asked if he considered the Fort Hood Masscre a islamic terrorist attack, responds "im not even going to go there".

2. The New Haven Fire Deptarment gives out a test to promote firefighters to position of Capitian. Frank Ricci, who dyslexic and can barely read has spent 7 months studying hours a day for the test. He spends money to get friends to record a audiobook version of the relevant text book for the promotion test. He works and works on his off hours. The test for promotions to Captain comes, Ricci takes the test. He gets one of the highest scores of all, placing 6th among 70 plus test-takers meaning his promotion is automatic. But the city of New Haven, not liking the racial composition of those who got good enough scores for promotions, throws the test and Ricci doesn't get the promotion he earned. Ricci sues for discrimination since he obviously didn't get his job because he was white but would of had he simply been black. 6 other firefighters who passed the test, including one hispanic firefighter, file suit along with Ricci. There case, Ricci v. DeStefano makes all the way to the 2nd Apellate Court. The city of New Havens argues that the test was discrimitory towards black test takers even the test was checked not once but twice by companys which speciliazed in identifying if a test is "racially baised" or not. They don't even show how any one question on the test could have been discrimatory. One Judge on the 2nd Apellate Court is Judge Sonya Sotomayor, who votes against Frank Ricci and gives a astonishingly short ruling nearly just a paragraph long. Obama who agreed with Sotomayor that the black testtakers in New Haven had been discriminated against despite all the evidence, nominates Sotomayor to be his nominee for the Supreme Court. At this time, The Supreme Court overturns the decision in Ricci v. DeStefano in favor of Frank Ricci. During Sotomayors nomination hearings, Senator John Kyl asks Judge Sotomayor what precedent she followed in ruling against Ricci and fails to even give an answer.

So Obama and his people won't even call the masscacre at Fort Hood "islamic terrorism" but they will say that the New Haven fire fighters test that was checked twice for discrimination and which was approved to not be discriminatory both times was racist allow them can't show 1 discrimatory question on it.

DUALITY 3

1. Obama spend millions to increase black history month funding and AIDS education in stimulus bill.

2. Obama doesn't spend a dime on the broken border.

DUALITY 4

1. And here's another story that shows how transparent and open to the public the Obama Adminstration is being: remember that polling station in Philadephia that the Black Panthers took over in full military regalia with weapons such as night sticks, intimidating and yelling racial slurs at whites trying to vote, telling one white guy, "Your about to be ruled by the black man, cracker!"? Well, the Bush adminstration justice department had begun the prosectution of the black panthers involved but couldn't finish the prosecution before the Obama adminstration came in last Januarary. And guess what? Eric Holder, decided to hault and end the entire case against the Black Panthers.

2. This is while Holder sues Georgia for the "crime" of reuiring that those who want to vote verify citizenship with a ID. This is "discrimatory" according to Obama's Justice Department. Are blacks not allowed to get ID's in Georgia? No, they can like anyone else, but Holder claims that requiring voters to prove citizenship (a pretty basic procedure i thought) "disportionately effects African Americans and Latinos". So its illegal for Georgia require ID to vote because Holder claims blacks will not bring ID more than whites? huh? What if whites where effected more than blacks by Georgia's ID requirment? Would Holder sue Georgia then for "discrimination"? I don't think so. The truth is that Holder simply wants to ensure a high black turn out and illegal immigrant turn out so that he can keep his office in the Justice Department another term. But lets review, according to Barak Obama and the head of the Department of Justice, Eric Holder: its ok for a gang of black panthers to forcibly take over a Philadephia polling booth with weapons, to intimidate voters, yell racial slurs at white voters, but its "illegal" for the state of Georgia to have any requirments to make sure non-citizens are voting by requiring those who want to vote to prove citizenship. And i wonder would Holder have prosecuted that Philadephia case if the KKK had forcibly taken hold of a Philadephia voting station and intimidated and yell racial slurs at black voters? Something tells me Holder not only would have prosecuted that case but that we would still be hearing about for 20 years on NPR, ABC, MSNBC, with 5 year commerations of what happened. Justice indeed, huh?
Anyway, it gets even worse, even more hyprocritical and ridiclous. So after Holder squashed the case against the black panthers, some Republicans in the Senate where honorable enough to demand a exsplanation on behalh of the Justice Department for why they stopped the prosecution. But the Obama Justice Department refused to exsplain why it squashed the case, defying precedent even the Bush adminstation had never flouted.

Too bad only the readers of the Drudge Report, National Review, Vdare.com and a few other sites even know about these outrages. When will the mainstream media awake from its honeymoon with the Obama Adminstration (literally cause they are marrying each other) and start to be journalists again? Or is Rachel Maddow just going to spend each day calling Tea Partyers racists in a different sly way?

The young potheads that elected Barak Obama have no idea what there guy has been doing in office, they don't give a damn, there doing kegstands right now. And yet they are always getting appluaded by the Maureen Dowds. Yet the older patriotic Americans who care and know enough about whats going on to actually partcipate in Democracy by protesting and going to town-halls and speeches and rallys, they get scorned by the Mainstream Media, Maureen Dowd villifys them because there not "diverse" enough, because she doesn't like there skin color and there age.

You see liberals (atleast a good deal of them) simply cannot accept that anyone can disagree with them and there saviour on legitimate grounds. Ofcourse they will deny this but if you are to judge them by what they say about the right it's quite clear the left can't think of any reason outside racism for not supporting Obama.

It tells you alot about the intelligence of the left wing. Let's see: 1.Obama has given us a 9 trillion dollar deficit 2. Passed a Stimulus bill full of junk that is only 25% a stimulus 3. given 30 billion away to 3rd dictators to do 'something' about climate change 3. hasn't spent a dime on the border while he spends trillions to increase AIDS awarness 4. let swine flu come into the country without any resitance 5. is pushing for amnesty at a time when 16 million people are unemployed 7. so much other shit. and they can't think of any reason for not loving the man?

This is why everytime you and I hear liberals talk about the opposition to Obama they always manage to, in the end, ascribing opposition to Obama whether outright or slyily to, you guessed it, that favriote liberal obbession: racism. They either say the following in some form or another:

1. These people just can't handle having a black man as president.

2. They're just bitter hicks who need to cling to there guns, there religon and there racism because they feel economically insecure.

3. They're just to dumb to realize there "class intrests" like african americans. They don't want to realize that Obama knows what best for them and that he is helping them.

4. These people are living in the past and they don't realize that things are changing (for the better ofcourse). They can't except progress cause there irrationally scared of change. They don't want to live in a society where black people have equality, where gay people receive basic human rights.

5. These Tea Partyers are just old racist white folks who still think blacks shouldn't be allowed to walk on the sidewalk and think blacks are only fit to wipe there shoes. They can't handle having a black man as president cause it threatens them.

6. The people who listen to Rush Limbaugh are just angry old white guys who are angry at the world and frustrated with there lives and jobs so they vent there anger and rage at Obama.

7. Not everyone is enlightned, the whole country has not entirely evolved yet. Some people like young people in the last election embrace change and progress full on but some people are scared of change and progress and evoultion. These Tea Parters are the same people who were protesting integration in the south in the 1960's. These are the people who look back upon segregation and slavery in this country with nostalgia. Not everyone liked Abraham Lincoln , not everyone liked Martin Luther King at the time. We can't except everyone too be for justice and progress.

It reveals everything i know to be true about how Democrats view Republicans to still be true when they claim opposition to Obama to be simple racism. That's how they see Republicans, as racists, because thats how Democrats must see Republicans. Because most Democrats are Democrats not because they've looked at the issues but because of what they don't want to be which is one of those unelightned racists on the right. They become Democrats because they want to be good people not like those mean, bad, racist people on the right. So if Republicans aren't the boogeymen and women then their liberalism is completly debased because the image of Republicans as evil, greedy, racist, yokel, crazies is why they came to the left in the first place. See to say Republicans don't oppose on racist grounds, would change there conception of American poltics entirely. They (i know as a former Democrats) see US poltics as a, essentially, a battle, more or less, between, good and evil, yokel v. scholar, KKK v. MLK, Chevy v. Volvo, Country v. Classic Rock, racist v. community organizer, ignorance v. knowledge, McDonalds v. Whole Foods, TV v. Books, etc. In other words, everything they hate v. everything they like. Cheney is evil and Obama is pure. But if you stop thinking that the Tea Partyers are protesting just cause they hate black people, then poltics becomes about issues and looses it's cosmic simplicity, and Democrats loose there certainty and might actually have to hear but sides out on indivivual issues and then you become a Republican.

Poltically Correct Amnesia: Eric Holder's minions rebuild the Sub Prime bubble

I wonder sometimes are the Obamites really so stupid to not realize forcing banks to give minoritys with bad credit loans is what created the housing boom and bust in the first place? I worry they haven't a clue. Certainly there actions suggest they are clueless,

Obama staffs the Justice Department to the hilt with all the most vile diversity consultants, race racketers, grievance mongers, discrimination lawyers (his former piers in other words) and sets them loose exactly as he promised at Spellmen Unviersity (atleast he doesn't lie to his "people"). Eric Holder has promised to double, triple, quadropole, the number of dispirate impact lawsuites and other various bullshit discrimination lawsuites all of which make an utter mockery of our Constuition (1776-1956).

And among the appauling lawsuites the newly radiclized Justice Department will be pumping out, will, no doubt be lawsuites against banks for not giving out "enough" loans to people of the preffered skin tone namely latinos and blacks-the two groups who where indispensable to the housing boom and bust which percipatated the fall of Lehman Brothers and whole god damn reccession. Ofcourse, the fact that the foreclosures where almost all happening in heavily latino sand states and in latino and black countys within those sand states, was far far too poltically incorrect to be reported by the mainstream media-no, to report that, would be "scape-goating". Well, this dirty little secret about who and what is to blame for the housing bust and the economic downturn has appeared in, atleast, Niall Ferguson's "The Ascent of Money" and Thomas Sowell's "The Housing Boom and Bust" two books that someone in the Obama white house should have read by now.

But ofcourse to come to terms with this unmentionable truth about the housing boom and bust would be to admit that goverment, not "greed" was the main culprit in the reccession which is a conclusion completly unsayable i am sure around the Obama White House. In case your late to this uncoventional truth, here's the low-down: Clinton and Bush, the whole Democratic Party and a scattering of Republican imposters supported raising latino and black home ownership by force. In order to create a latino and black ownership society by force, these Democrats and manifestly un-conservative Republicans used Freddy Mac and Fanny May and discrimination lawsuites to force private banks (unconstuinally) to give blacks and latinos with terrible credit loans they shouldn't have gotten.

Christmas day I came across a clip of the Democratic candiates youtube debate from 08'. The question poised to the candiates was "do you support reparations for slavery?". Ofcourse, they all dodge it by saying that they'll help blacks in better ways. Well John Edwards, abiding to this formula, answered,

"I'm not for reparations..but i think there are other things that we can do to create some equality that doesn't exist in this country today. Today, there was a report, right here in Charleston, African Americans are paying more than there white counterparts for morgatages than anyother place in America..and heres an example: what is the conceivable exsplanation for this? That black people are paying more for there morgatages? And, by the way, its not just low income African-Americans..there's absolutely no exsplanation for this. It goes to the basic question i just raised a minuete ago to have a President whose gonna fight for equality, fight for real change, big change, bold change. We're gonna have to have somebody,we can't change our insiders for there insiders, that doesn't work. What we need is somebody who will take these people on, these big banks, these morgatage companys, big insurance companys"

Edwards is advocating exactly what created the housing bubble which was the goverment in the name of "equality" (as always) putting its tantacles where it has no Constuinal right to be (e.i. suing Banks for not giving out, what they deem to be, "enough" loans and mortage to blacks no matter how bad there credit) and creating the sub prime housing market as a result that would fall apart and bring down the banks along the way. I find it hilarous that Edwards asks "what conceivable reason could there be for that?" refering to higher morgatage prices for blacks. Ofcourse, with our PC mufflers on, no one stood up and said "because blacks, very logically, have worse credit cause the are a more risky investment, more likely to be foreclosed upon as all the data shows." If someone had had the balls to do so maybe we would have avoided this whole mess and probably avoided the whole Obama nightmare along with it.

And so what is the morale of this story? It's quote obvious i think: the market was right! Blacks got loans less because they were a more risky investment, and so when DC liberals get involved in forcing businesses', in this case banks, to run there companies a certain way, they screw it all up.

And as i write, the Demoncats are revving up to involve themselves in the running of whole new sector of the economy-that which emits Co2 into the atomsphere. They-Pelosi, Reed and Obama and all the other liberals who have never run a company in there entire lives-say they know, as always, whats best for companys emiting Co2: that is that they need to "make a long term investment by switching to more green technologies". So why not just suggest this rather than try to force them to remodel by imposing onerous taxes on these companys in order to coerce such change? ......(no answer)....

What they don't get is that these companys who will be slammed hardest by cap and trade, first of all, know how to run there own companys better than say Nancy Pelosi does and they won't remodel there plants when cap and trade makes there doing business in America impossible, no, they'll just leave America and take there thousands of jobs with them. But then again the liberals don't seem to realize that companys can and do leave America for other countrys when they impose tax upon tax upon tax upon them.
Once again, with cap and trade as with so many other issues, the liberal takes 3 mental steps and the conservative takes 7. So in the case of cap and trade,

The Liberal Logic is: 1. the world is going to die 2. but we can save it 3. so we need to pass cap and trade or die and

The Conservative Logic is: 1. we don't know how much climate change is going to occur in what time frame 2. even if we knew how hot it will be in 40 years, we still need to know how much of that change is natural and how much is man made which again is a nearly impossible question to answer that we need to know more about 3. then even if Al Gore is right which at the least not clear we still need to know what it will take to prevent climate change and 4. can we have any viable impact making neglible cutbacks along with a few EU nations? 5. what is the cost vs. the benefit of cap and trade? 6. China and India alone will cancel out our tiny insubstanial cutbacks but we won't get the jobs that we loose because of cap and trade back again. no deal.

Now, what if John Edwards had gotten elected? He would have been saying after the reccession like all his party did "it was those greedy rich wall street guys who caused this! the problem is greed! the solution is goverment. It was deregulation of the housing sector that got us into this mess and it goverment thats gonna get us out of it"

And he would have gotten aplauded for that and the so called media wouldn't point out as the have yet to point that the people in goverment are at fault and obviously trying to deflect blame and responcibility to Wall Street.

Is Obama a liar or just deluded?

This reminds one of Obama's claim early on as President that, "i don't believe in big goverment". Our President seems to have the disconcerting ability to say anything no matter how ridiclous. It's like he's a machine and David Axelrod just inserts the script into the back of Obama's head before every interview and speech he does. The alarming aspect of this statement is the questions it raises about Obama: does he believe the bullshit coming out of his mouth or is this all talking points & manuevering. I hope he isn't so deluded to be sincerely saying the above words but increasingly i believe Obama to be far less intelligent than everyone assumes him to be (partially to be honest, because Bush set the bar so low & partly because of Obama's skin color makes his statements seem smart when coming from a white guys mouth his words would sound like the un-remarkable, rather bland poltical-speak it is). My doubts about Obama's purported awesome intelligence were aroused chiefly during the campaign when Obama said that he thought American unviersitys were sorely lacking in "oppression studies classes". I don't even know a liberal in my own life so out of touch with reality to have made such a patently absurd claim. But on a deeper level, to think colleges need more black studies, metizo studies, womens studies b.s. classes is tanatmount to saying that college's are too conservative. It suggests, if not indeed, shows that Obama doesn't even realize what even most liberals today admit about colleges which is that they have way to many of these ridiclous "oppression studies classes" with names like "White supremacy and native american gay consciousness: the fight for social justice", which are the very classes Obama said that college's didn't have enough of.When you think about, it's a statement too dumb for the Obama we know. All the thing is that we don't know Obama. We know the guy who gives the pompous sappy speeches on TV, thats about all. But it sounds like something a 20 year memember of Trinity United Church would utter.


Whenever Obama makes these "is he serious?" type statements designed, i hope, to show how moderate and fiscally conservative he is, i always think "And they called Bush a liar for getting faulty intelligence about "yellow cake"?" Obama has been in office for a year and he has already blatantly lied, to my count, atleast 2-3 times. Does the above count as a lie? I hope so, i hope our President isn't so deluded that he believes the words coming out of his mouth when he says these things. I hope he's just devious.

The good news is that i am certain that Obama's bold face lying/posing is not going to work on the American people, as it did in the election when one poll showed 20 percent more people thought Obama was more fiscally conservative than McCain. Though that is was reflection as much on Obama's poltical savy as McCain's senility as a candiate with one foot in the grave.

Testing America

Obama won, in part, in 08' because his supporters shamlessly (though usually absent-mindedly) made the election somewhat into not a real election about an actual set of issues but a test for America, in which Americans could show if they were enlightned, post-racial and proggesive by voting for Obama or show that they were racist, primitive and provincial by voting for Mccain. If Obama won white America/America would show that it wasn't so racist after all and had "evolved" morally, if Obama lost, however, then implicitly America/white America would show that it was just as primitive and racist as Jesse Jackson and the world thought.

If you doubt me how many mind-numbing times have you heard one of the million generic leftists in the media resort to the following talking point?:

"Though much has been made about whether Obama is "black enough" for black voters, perhaps a more relevant question is this: Has the nation's white majority evolved to a point where it can elect a black man as president?" (The Washington Post)

Talking about the "transformational", "post-racial", "unfying", "enlightening" effects and signals of the Obama victory never fails for a generic liberal pundit who has nothing orginal or intresting to say about Obama.
